30-day money-back comfort guarantee: If you are not happy with your LumiKnee™ wrap for comfort reasons, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund. Please tell us your order number and the reason for the return, and we will confirm the next steps.

1-year warranty: Your wrap is covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect appears within 1 year of delivery, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue, and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

LumiKnee™ is a wellness product for comfort and relaxation. It is not a medical device.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once a return or warranty request has been approved. Please do not send items back before we confirm the return steps.
